Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Merchandiser for our Kennesaw, GA store. You will maximize product inventory, support online orders, and assist with curbside pickup and local delivery when needed.

The role blends merchandising with customer service, including front-end tasks as required. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, stock displays, and may assist with POS. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including orders and curbside pickup/delivery when needed.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience; build relationships and inform about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
