Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build and maintain product displays and equipment placements, ensure on-shelf availability, and manage stock across routes.

Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours. This is a full-time role with early shift hours and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license, vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the companys merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Friday - Tuesday / 3am - 11:30am

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
