Join Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated as a Merchandiser in Cleveland, TN. You will present products, maintain shelves, and ensure units are displayed according to planograms while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include restocking, creating POS materials, and maintaining backrooms. You will build relationships with store staff, coordinate with vendors, and support ongoing promotions and programs. A valid driver’s license and reliable mobility are required.

Formación

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking.
• Company provided cell phone is supplied.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelving; rotates merchandise; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests, pricing, programs, and opportunities.
