Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking and writing.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy a variety of customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable and independent with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates merchandisers; checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room and manages pallets, shells, damaged and dated product.
• Builds business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive discussions.
