Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display area.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials; rotate products and check vendor operations.
• Organize back room and manage pallets/stock.
• Engage store personnel and coordinate with cross-functional team on programs.
