Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products in retail locations and maintain multiple accounts by merchandising approved products and packaging using safe handling techniques. The role requires following plan sets and communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes effective communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license preferred in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on shelves following procedures and programs.
• Moves products from sales floor to cold vault and displays as needed.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted.
• Rotates and inventories products to ensure shelf readiness.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up and communication.
