Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure Coca-Cola beverages are available, visible, and promoted across retail stores in the region. The role involves stocking shelves, building displays, and maintaining product levels to support sales and brand presence.

You will work closely with store personnel to execute promotions, manage backrooms, and ensure proper product rotation while complying with safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift 40–55 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans for optimal product placement and stock levels.
• Maintain product on shelves, displays, and coolers; rotate products and manage backstock.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Set up promotional displays and signage per guidelines to boost sales.
• Develop relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration.
