Reyes Holdings in Columbus, IN is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display beverages across assigned routes. Shifts are Monday–Friday with a morning start, and pay is $19/hour plus mileage and a car allowance.

You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets, move products with manual equipment, and use company systems for routing, reporting and photo documentation. Benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities after 6

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting company/state minimums.
• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
