Reyes Beverage Group in Indiana is hiring a Merchandiser to cover Columbus and Franklin areas. Monday–Friday start times, $19/hour plus mileage and a car allowance. Benefits include vision, dental, life, 401k match, PTO and overtime eligibility.

You will visit grocery stores, stock, display, rotate products, transport between backroom and display floor, and use company systems to document execution. A valid driver's license, reliable auto, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible for employment.

Responsabilités

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of display and backstock in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser Shift: Monday - Friday with a Morning Start Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
