Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Fishers, IN is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery accounts along assigned routes. You will travel to stores, transport goods, and use company systems to ensure compliant merchandising.

The position offers mileage reimbursement, a car allowance, and a benefits package including vision, dental, life, and a 401k match, plus PTO and overtime eligibility, with growth opportunities after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems and tech for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to preserve inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Monday- Friday, with a Morning Start

Pay:

$19/hour plus mileage & car allowance

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
