Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a route support role in Vista, CA. You will drive your own vehicle to various store locations to stock and merchandize PepsiCo products, working alongside Route Sales Representatives to maintain shelves and planograms.

The position offers early start times, a fast-paced environment, and mileage reimbursement. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy active, team-based work and consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
