Job summary

PepsiCo in Manassas, VA is seeking a route merchandiser to drive to various store locations, stock and merchandise products, and collaborate with a team of Route Sales Representatives.

The role uses a company-issued iPhone for schedules and communications. Training is provided, with on-the-job learning, a dynamic, high-energy environment, and full-time benefits. Eligible candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Work Days: 2 routes available to bid to upon certification. One route is off on Tuesday/Wednesday, the other is off on Thursday/Friday.
• Start Time: 4:00 am - 5:00 AM depending on the day of week
• End Time: 8 hours/day

What You’ll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
