Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route sales driver to visit a variety of store locations, stock and merchandise products like Lay's and Doritos, and collaborate with Route Sales Representatives. You will follow a consistent schedule with predetermined start times and leverage a company-issued iPhone for scheduling and communications.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work five days a week with two days off that vary.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
