Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Driver in Daleville, IN to deliver Frito-Lay products to multiple store locations. You will load, stock, and merchandise product while maintaining shelves to ensure availability for customers.

This full-time role includes gas mileage reimbursement and a company-issued iPhone for scheduling and communication. The position requires 18+, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
