Job summary

PepsiCo in Manor, TX is seeking a Route Sales Driver to stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos across local stores. You will drive your own vehicle, receive gas mileage reimbursement, and work with a team of Route Sales Representatives.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, start at 4 AM, and follow a fixed schedule with two days off per week; you’ll use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity. PepsiCo offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
