Job summary

PepsiCo in Beaumont, TX is hiring a Route Sales teammate to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations, stock shelves with Lay’s and Doritos, and merchandise products throughout the store. You will work in a team with seasoned Route Sales Representatives and follow a consistent schedule with fixed start times and customers, with chances to move to different shifts.

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
