Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route sales team member in Peoria, AZ to drive a personal vehicle, stock shelves, and support store merchandising across multiple locations.

You will work with Route Sales Representatives, follow a defined schedule, and use a company-issued iPhone for scheduling and communication, with gas mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations to retrieve Frito-Lay products.
• Merchandise products throughout the store and keep shelves neat and stocked.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with start times and customer routes.
• Use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

What You’ll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
