Job summary

PepsiCo in Hays, KS is seeking a Delivery Associate to stock and merchandise Lay's, Doritos, and other brands. You will drive your own vehicle to various stores, retrieve products, and ensure shelves are full and neatly presented for customers who rely on them.

The role includes teamwork with Route Sales Representatives, a rotating schedule, attendance of on-the-go tasks, and a mobile device for schedules and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
