Job summary

PepsiCo in Alameda, CA seeks a Route Sales Associate to pick up and deliver Frito-Lay products to stores and merchandise shelves to keep products visible and fresh. You will work with a team of Route Sales Representatives in a fast-paced environment.

Expect on-the-job training, early start times, and gas mileage reimbursement. A company-provided iPhone will be used to view schedules and log activity, with some flexibility in scheduling over time.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
