Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently in retail environments, showcasing organization and time management while maintaining Hallmark displays. You’ll partner with local store teams to optimize product placement and inventory during resets and seasonal installations.

The role is part-time with a variable schedule, typically 5–15 hours weekly, with a starting pay rate of $13.00–$15.00 per hour. Training is provided, and voluntary benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organize Hallmark products across assigned stores.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor product displays within the Hallmark department.
• Collaborate with store teams during seasonal resets and installations.
• Represent Hallmark and build retailer relationships as the face of the brand.
