Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work in various retail stores, independently managing inventory, restocking, and maintaining displays while collaborating with local store teams.

The role supports seasonal resets, installations, and inventory tasks; it is a part-time position with a variable weekly schedule (6–15 hours) and requires availability during major holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• You'll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using Hallmark-provided devices; interact professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support and department resets: participate in seasonal displays, installations, and remodeling tasks; may work on holidays and weekends; collaborate with the team to ensure timely, accurate merchandising.
