Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work across retail partners, focusing on product placement, inventory levels, and maintaining strong retailer relationships while representing Hallmark in stores. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have access to a Wi-Fi network and internet.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand may require additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reconfigurations; two weeks notice for remodels.
