Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently in retail environments, manage product placement, inventory, and seasonal resets. You’ll be the face of Hallmark, building retailer relationships and coordinating with store teams.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits for eligible employees, with average 8–10 hours per week and opportunities to support holiday demand and store installations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a provided mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and hours around major holidays, including weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and relocating card sections; two weeks' notice for remodels; may involve evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
