Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms with store management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and displaying products, creating POS materials, and maintaining back room organization. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. daily.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotate products.
• Organize back room and manage pallets, shells, and damaged product disposition.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive pricing.
