Total Wine & More in Florida is hiring a Merchandiser (Store Team Member) to maximize inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You will engage customers, deliver personalized service, and help maintain store safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise.
• Greet customers and assist to build relationships with product knowledge.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup and in-store fulfillment as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service and comply with safety and regulations.
• Load and deliver orders when assigned, following policies.
