Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Merchandiser in the Broad Ripple area, Indiana. The role requires visiting grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes, with a morning start.

You will travel with a company car, using mileage and car allowance. Benefits include Vision, Dental, Life, 401k match, PTO and overtime eligibility, and growth opportunities after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, with a Morning Start

Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
