Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, servicing multiple accounts with planograms and safe handling practices. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, with a 5:30am start time and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires effective communication, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent driving history and proof of insurance to meet coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products in stores according to procedures and programs.
• Maintain coolers and displays on sales floor and back room.
• Foster relationships with store personnel and communicate programs and opportunities.
• Follow planograms and safety guidelines while stocking and merchandising.
