Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage backroom organization. You will also place orders for the next delivery and support promotions to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move products. PBV values teamwork, reliability, and customer focus in its day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Must perform heavy physical labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
