Job summary

Merchandiser Conroe Huntsville and Willis at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is responsible for ensuring our beverages are well-displayed and consistently available at customer locations. You will build product displays, place equipment, and manage shelf allocation while following merchandising standards.

Successful candidates will have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle during business hours, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Route Coverage: Conroe, Huntsville, and Willis
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / 4 day work week 3 days off (must be available to work weekends) / 4am - 2:30pm (10 hr shifts)
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
