Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Conroe, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure beverages are displayed and stocked across Conroe, Huntsville, and Willis.

This full-time role runs 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM on a 4-day schedule, with weekends. You will build displays, manage shelf allocations, and coordinate with staff to keep products available and optimized for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Route Coverage:Conroe, Huntsville, and Willis
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / 4 day work week 3 days off (must be available to work weekends) / 4am - 2:30pm (10 hr shifts)
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
