Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Fishers, IN. The role involves traveling to grocery stores to stock, display, and rotate products, and moving stock between storage and floors using pallet jacks or hand trucks.

Responsibilities include documenting executions with photos, using routing systems, and maintaining backstock to ensure inventory freshness.Physical tasks and travel on assigned routes are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record and state-required auto insurance.
• Able to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months general work experience.

Location: Fishers, IN

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday - Friday, with a Morning Start
Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
