The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our Brisbane Central Area team on a permanent part-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with 2–3 days availability and access to your own car.

You will establish in-store visual presence, maintain stock levels, and support trade activities. The role offers opportunities for career progression, iPad-powered tools, and attractive employee perks.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Brisbane Central Area.

This is a permanent part time position with a requirement to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the requirement to flex up when needed depending on workload. You will need to be available 2-3 days per week and must have access to your own car.

About the Role

To establish at store level a visual presence through the building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover. Given frequent contact with Customer store staff, a basic understanding of selling is required to assist with limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading The Arnott’s Group promotional activity.

What your day looks like:

Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.

Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.

Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues.

Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines.

Ingredient for Success:

Preferably Higher school certificate

Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
