Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate products in Watertown, SD, and surrounding stores. You will manage stock on shelves and in backrooms, build displays, and assist store teams with promotions while maintaining accurate daily records.

The role involves early start times and a busy, on-the-go workday with lifting and moving product. Valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

• Work Days:Tuesday-Saturday

• Start Time: 5am

• End Time: 3pm

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You'll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
