Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser to service Brainerd-area retailers. You will stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and build in-store displays for PepsiCo brands like Pepsi, Gatorade and Aquafina. You will travel between stores, maintain backrooms, and collaborate with store teams daily.

Expect early start times (5 AM), a fast-paced environment, and on‑the‑job training. This role includes potential holiday work and the physical duties of lifting cases up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
