PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandise team member in Ortonville, MN to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays for PepsiCo brands across local stores.

You will work Friday–Tuesday, starting at 5am and finishing around 3pm, driving between locations, lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds, and collaborating with store teams to ensure shelves are full and well-displayed. Training is provided and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
