Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time merchandiser in Saint Joseph, MO. You will merchandise PepsiCo products in large and local stores, stock shelves and displays, rotate items for freshness, and set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.

You will partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records. The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and willingness to work holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

• Start Time: 5am
• End Time: 1:30-3:30 PM

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
