Job summary

PepsiCo in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a full-time Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, coolers and displays for PepsiCo products in local stores. You’ll rotate product, check dates, and maintain freshness, quality and in-stock conditions throughout the shift.

You’ll move products from backrooms to sales floors, build promotional displays, and partner with store teams to communicate needs and ensure accurate daily records using handheld scanners. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
