Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandise Associate to rotate and stock PepsiCo products in Ocean, NJ, ensuring shelves and displays are fresh and well presented. You will move products from backrooms to shelves and set up promotional materials to support campaigns.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, is fast-paced, and includes lifting up to 45 pounds per case. On-the-job training is provided and equal opportunity employment is guaranteed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
