Job summary

PepsiCo Canton, MA is seeking a dedicated merchandise associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays across multiple local stores. You will rotate product, check dates for freshness, and move items from backroom to the sales floor to ensure full shelves and appealing displays.

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll partner with store teams, set up promotional materials, and use handheld tools for daily order records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
