Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves and displays for local stores in Ortonville, MN. You will merchandise PepsiCo brands, rotate products, and support promotions throughout your shift.

You will move products from backrooms to the sales floor, build displays, and coordinate with store teams. The role requires a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 20–45 pounds, working Friday through Tuesday from 5am to 3pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, reach and squat.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and organize stock.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and support daily records using handheld tools.
