Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers, and displays in local stores. You will rotate products, maintain freshness, and move items from backrooms to sales floors.

Build displays and promote initiatives while collaborating with store teams and using handheld tools for orders and records. The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license with insurance, personal transportation across multiple stores, and the ability to lift 20–45 lb cases for long shifts, including

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
