Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a merchandise associate for Louisville, KY. You will stock PepsiCo products in local stores, rotate stock, and ensure freshness and proper in-stock levels throughout the day.

You will build displays, set up promotions, and coordinate with store teams while handling handheld tools to log orders and daily records. The role requires physical endurance for lifting and standing during long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance; must have personal transportation.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly for 10–12 hours.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Reliable transportation to access multiple store locations during shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and organize stock.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
