Job summary

PepsiCo in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, build displays, rotate products, and support store teams throughout the day. The role starts early (4AM) and involves lifting 20–45 lb cases and driving to multiple locations. On‑the‑job training is provided and full‑time benefits apply.

You’ll help ensure shelves are full, fresh, and well‑presented, collaborating with store staff and using handheld tools to record daily activity and orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
