Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandise associate to stock and display products in local stores across Chattanooga, TN. You will rotate products, maintain freshness dates, and ensure in-stock conditions throughout shifts.

The role involves driving to multiple locations, lifting heavy cases, and collaborating with store teams to support promotions and daily records using handheld devices.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
