Job summary

PepsiCo in Ellijay, GA is hiring a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, coolers and displays for PepsiCo brands. You’ll rotate products, maintain freshness, and build promotional displays across local stores.

Day-to-day work involves moving products from backroom to sales floor, coordinating with store teams, and using handheld tools to support orders. Requires early start times and physical lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Access to personal transportation to travel to multiple stores.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.
• Schedule varies; start time 5:00am; end time varies based on route completion.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
