The role involves traveling between multiple stores during the shift, lifting cases up to 45 pounds, bending and moving goods, and collaborating with store teams. On-the-job training is provided, with health benefits and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Qualificações

• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different areas

• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions

• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
