Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to service the Gunnison area from Montrose, CO. You will merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, rotating products, and moving stock between backroom and sales floor; training is provided. This is a full‑time position with benefits and occasional holiday work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Will drive to locations in different geographic areas.

Quick Look

• Pay: $23.35 per hour
• Location: Montrose, CO
• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 6AM
• End Time: 2:30PM

Role will be servicing the Gunnison area.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
