Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser to rotate and stock PepsiCo products across stores in Denver, CO. Expect early start times, varied routes, and a fast-paced environment focused on freshness, visibility, and in-store displays.

You will collaborate with store teams, manage backroom stock, and support national and local promotions using handheld devices. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

• Pay: $24.90 per hour
• Location: Denver, CO
• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 2am or 4am
• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You'll Do
