Job summary

PepsiCo in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers, and displays for PepsiCo brands across Arvada, Lakewood, Golden, Littleton and nearby stores. You’ll manage product rotation, dates, and backroom organization during a full-time shift.

You will start early, with 2am or 4am starts, and travel to multiple store locations, building displays and coordinating with store teams to meet planograms and promotions. Commitment to safety and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Possibility of working on holidays as needed.
• Able to lift cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly.
• Bend, reach and squat as part of daily merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
