Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a merchandiser in Waterloo, IA. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and build displays across local stores. Expect 4 scheduled days per week with start times at 5am or 6am and shifts lasting about 10–12 hours, with weekend coverage as needed.

Training and handheld tools support daily records and orders. You must be 18+, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, have personal transportation, and be able to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly while bending and squatting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within shift.
• Must be able to drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• Ability to work holidays.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 20–45 lb cases repeatedly over 10–12 hours.
• Ability to bend, reach and squat (with/without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor; organize stock and keep backroom neat.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams; communicate needs, build relationships; use handheld devices for orders and records.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
